In his role, he leads the channel’s Broadcast and Engineering Department in GCC countries.

As a seasoned professional with more than 24 years in the Broadcast Industry, Shabbir is known for management, planning, and   for delivering Broadcast systems throughout Middle East and African region

Before joining CNBC Arabia, he was Managing Director of Picotech FZE, providing consultancy, systems integration, and managed services to Broadcast facilities and SI’s in the Middle East.

In addition, Shabbir has worked on projects at Al Jazeera, Oman TV, 2454, ADMC, DMI … during his tenure as Project & Programme Manager, Head of Projects, respectively, at Sony Professional Solutions M.E.A. FZ LLC.
