Nicolas Hans

Nicolas Hans is a partner at Broadcast Solutions. A former journalist, Nicolas has worked across the telecom, tech, media, and entertainment industries. After a first decade managing publications for Ziff Davis and booting up online services for ZDNet, he worked with BFM in Paris as the co-host of the first radio show dedicated to the digital revolution. He then joined Dalet to spearhead the launch of their newsroom and media asset management product lines globally. Ten years and a few air miles later, he moved to Dubai to manage Eurosport Arabia for du where he got involved with mobile networks, public Wi-Fi, and OTT platforms. Nicolas then launched V-AIR, a bonding HD video transmission start-up that LiveU later acquired. After consulting with several regional internet service providers, he returned to the broadcast industry and has been with Broadcast Solutions for the past seven years. As a technologist, he focuses on newsroom and media asset management workflows, wireless video transmissions, and video assistant referee solutions. He is a regular contributor to international conferences and panels.
