Nominations are permitted. However, for first party nominations, where you speak about installations you have completed successfully, please include a name, working telephone number and email address for the end user so we can verify your claims.

The nomination form for all categories must be completed in English. Video footage, however, may be submitted in Arabic or English for all production, post production, animation, OTT production, VFX and other video categories.

Any submission must be based on a project/work that was completed between November 2024 and October 1, 2025.

To everyone who resides in the Arab world. Arab world includes GCC countries, Egypt, Jordan, Levant, Morocco, Yemen, Tunisia, Libya and other parts of North Africa.

Sponsors’ nominations will be considered as fairly as other submissions. No requests to be considered for an award will be entertained. Any attempt to rig the awards must be brought to the notice of the Editorial Director of BroadcastPro Middle East (vijaya.cherian@cpipromedia.com). Any submission that seeks to influence the panel’s decision by unfair means will be instantly disqualified. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Editorial Director will be final.
