Vice President Digital | Rotana Media

Nisrine Ghazal

Nisrine Ghazal is Vice President of Digital at Rotana Media Services Holding, where she drives digital revenue growth across MENA through exclusive sales representation of third-party publishers. She has built a scalable commercial model around Connected TV, premium video, and audience data, while also leading the launch of Adarabia, a first-of-its-kind regional video marketplace, and deploying a full ad-tech stack and DMP to power smarter monetization for publisher partners.

With more than 25 years in TMT and digital leadership, Nisrine has consistently delivered strategies that reposition businesses and create sustainable revenue streams. She sits on the board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau MENA (IAB MENA), where she aims to drive efforts to protect and scale the region’s independent publishers. Her work is rooted in a firm belief: without strong local media, there is no cultural resilience, no creative sovereignty, and no meaningful digital future for the region.
