
Paritosh Mukhija is a Partner at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Dubai, where he leads ADL Middle East’s work across the Media, Entertainment, Sports, and Culture sectors. He operates at the intersection of creativity, policy, and strategy—helping governments and businesses across the region shape vibrant, future-ready media and entertainment ecosystems.
Paritosh advises ministries, regulators, commissions and leading corporations on national strategies, sector regulations, business planning, organization design, and leadership development—bridging vision and execution to ensure strategic ambitions translate into measurable outcomes. He has led high-impact engagements including the national strategy for a media regulator, privatization strategy for a GCC ministry of media, state of the media sector reports, and strategies for major media companies, entertainment venues, event organizers, sports federations, and cultural commissions. His portfolio also includes the launch strategy for a regional OTT platform and business plans for key creative assets such as film and music studios. In addition, he has designed leadership programs for emerging cultural leaders and developed cultural guidelines for the hospitality sector.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, an MBA Exchange from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Paritosh is passionate about the creative economy’s potential to drive sustainable growth, talent development, and cultural expression across the Arab world.
