Tracey Grant is an accomplished senior brand executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across global media and entertainment giants, including Paramount, BBC, Viacom, and OSN. Based in Dubai, she has built a distinguished career developing transformative brand strategies that drive engagement, strengthen equity, and deliver measurable growth across the EMEA region.

As Vice President at Paramount Global, Tracey led multi-disciplinary teams across SVOD, OTT, marketing, partnerships, editorial, events, and communications, overseeing iconic franchises and channels and large-scale experiential events such as Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Abu Dhabi and VidCon Abu Dhabi. Her expertise spans the full brand lifecycle, from strategy and creative direction to implementation and performance analysis, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local market resonance.
