Peter Van Dam

Peter Van Dam is Technical Advisor to the LIVE CEO Office at Abu Dhabi Media.

Peter has been involved in broadcast since 1989 with the start of the first commercial TV station (VTM) in Belgium. Over the years, he has been involved in several major events around the world.

After the China Olympics in 2008, Peter joined LIVE HD as Senior Audio Engineer. From that moment on, he has worked with the management team as a driving force in building LIVE HD into an internationally respected Outside Broadcast facility company.

In 2015, Peter was appointed Director of Technology and took the lead over all technical facilities of LIVE HD & Abu Dhabi Media. In his position as director, he worked with his team on several POCs on cloud technology implementations with Du, Huawei & Imagine.
