Martin Stewart

An experienced international pay-TV professional with proven industry leadership credentials, Martin Stewart is the Chief Executive Officer of OSN, the region’s leading entertainment network.

Having served as OSN’s non-executive director since 2015, Martin will drive the company’s strategy through its next era of growth.

Martin brings deep sector expertise, covering pay TV and the general entertainment business in the UK and across Europe, as well as strong financial acumen accumulated through several high-profile job functions internationally.

He has a proven track-record in fast-growing companies and the ability to drive transformational change of businesses.

Martin was the Chief Financial Officer of The Football Association (The FA) in the UK, prior to assuming command at OSN.

He was formerly the lead non-executive director of The Department of Energy & Climate Change (UK) and has previously served as a board member and chair of the Audit Committee for Satellite Information Services (SiS) Ltd and The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and for Kabel Deutschland in Munich.

In proven telecom and TV industry expertise, Martin has served as Director General of ONO, the Spanish broadband communication and entertainment company, delivering integrated telephone, television and Internet services.

He was the Chief Financial Officer for Sky, Europe’s leading entertainment company. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of EMI, the British multinational music recording and publishing company.
