Hamoud Al Rumayan

Intigral CEO Hamoud AlRumayan is the Chief Executive Officer at Intigral tasked with guiding the organization’s vision and managing the executive committee to achieve the company’s corporate strategy. He adds a wealth of knowledge alongside a clear vision to accelerate digital transformation across the MENA region. With his solid expertise and insight, AlRumayan has successfully positioned the company as an enabler of digital growth. He brings to the table more than 28 years of achievements and leadership experience in banking, investment, media and consultancy firms, including senior executive positions with Saudi Arabia’s top-five financial institutions. Prior to Intigral, Mr. AlRumayan was appointed as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Culture and Information, where he led the development of business cases for Ministry initiatives – an influential role that contributed to the evolution of the Kingdom as part of Vision 2030. AlRumayan also previously served as CEO at Gulf Investment Company, where he oversaw a rapid period of growth that resulted in a number of high-profile asset expansions for the organization.

Al Rumayan holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from King Faisal University. He is a Harvard Business School Executive Program alumnus and is licensed as a Financial Advisor from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. Mr. AlRumayan also serves as a board member of several companies including STC and SMMC.
