Ayham Al Zyoud is a seasoned TV production executive with a vast 20-years’ experience in TV content creation and production for the Middle East region. In particular, he is an expert in non-scripted and scripted content development for the region, building deep and unique understanding of the local audience’s needs. He created and produced numerous original local content shows and TV series for the major broadcasters in the region, including MBC Group, Rotana Group, Egypt TV, Netflix and many others.
He is one of the founders of Charisma Group, the leading TV production company in the Middle East, with headquarters in Dubai.
Since 2005, Ayham has been managing the production operations of Charisma Group across the Middle East region, with a yearly output of 1,500 broadcast hours, overseeing Charisma’s operations in Beirut, Cairo, Dubai, and Riyadh, with more than 250 employees and 5 full-fledged studios.
Expert in local content creation, Ayham worked with major US studios such as CBS and Warner Brothers to adapt, for the Arab viewers, staple formats such as Entertainment Tonight (ET Bil Arabi), The Insider (The Insider Bil Arabi) and Judge Mathis. He also oversaw the production of major TV series such the Saudi and Arab dramas ‘Touq’ with his Royal Highness Prince Badr Bin Abed Al Mohsen and award-winning director Shawki Al Majeri as well as “Monataf Khatir”.
Ayham is a Jordanian national and has lived in more than 5 countries across the Levant and Gulf countries, building a great knowledge of local cultures.
