Dr. Naser Refaat

Dr. Naser Refaat presently heads the technology operations at Rotana Media Group and is responsible for leading several of the company’s recent infrastructure and HD migration projects. He is a senior executive and technologist with 29+ years in business management and operations with expertise in various industries including telecommunications, broadcast and multimedia. His specialties include strategising, executive business development, investments and strategy studies, overall executive operation assessment and process optimisation for existing and new establishments primarily within the TV industry (content creation, technical system integration & TV operation), Digital Media (Establishment & distribution), Multimedia (Smart homes & business parks), Satellite (Distribution and optimisation) and Real estate (Development & investment).

Dr. Naser has been with Rotana Media Group since September 2007. Prior to that, he served as a Member on the board of Director for Cost Plus Consultancy Holdings and held various senior roles at Al Aqariya Media Group, Grand Media Group, and Sony Broadcast and Professional Corp.
