Mai Elkhalifa

Mai El Khalifa is a TV broadcast professional and a certified Executive Coach with more than two decades of business experience. She has led business development and production teams for TV networks spanning the UK to the UAE. El Khalifa’s most recent work includes senior management of programs production for Dubai One TV, part of Dubai Media Inc. which has resulted in tripling the channel’s output of in-house produced shows.

Starting with a degree in Fashion Design from the UK, El Khalifa entered the world of television, covering stories from the glamorous world of fashion for Middle East Broadcasting in London. Moving on then to news, she was an integral part of the team that established a world-class news service in Abu Dhabi Television in the UAE. Since that work experience, El Khalifa has successfully managed a broad range of projects including successful startups and international business ventures. Across each career step and business position, El Khalifa has focused on the development of multi-cultural communication to promote leadership skills and exceptional production values in TV content creation.
