Mark Billinge

Mark Billinge was appointed Chief Technology Officer at OSN in 2012, and has been with the company since July 2006. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has a drive and passion for the broadcast industry and a keen eye for new technology.

A part of the OSN leadership team, his responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end broadcast infrastructure and operations of the network. He is also responsible for setting the technology roadmap and developing OSN’s DTH and Digital platforms.

Mark has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business, and played an instrumental role in the launch of OSN Plus HD, the region’s first hybrid PVR, as well as the roll-out of OSN’s multiple On Demand platforms, and OSN Play and Go Online TV, the Digital OTT offerings.

Under his leadership, OSN continues to set new benchmarks for the region’s broadcasters and platform operators.
