Andrew Davies

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the broadcast industry having worked at BBC Technology, Siemens, TSL before joining Diversified as Director of Europe Middle East and Africa. Prior to that Andrew acted as a consultant for Sky, ITN, Channel 5, dB Broadcast, DEGA and INC. Most recently Andrew has carried out major consultancy engagements for SportsMax TV in Jamaica, INC in Dubai, Saudi Broadcasting Authority in Riyadh, the BBC, dB Broadcast in the UK and a number of engagements for Sky all across Europe. Andrew’s areas of expertise are centered around file based workflows, MAM, playout automation, IP and all aspects of production with a particular emphasis on News. However, he has worked on projects and delivered designs and solutions across almost every aspect of the broadcast chain throughout his career.
