Omar Othman


Omar is a Marketing and Commercial professional with 17 years experience in the industry. Omar is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Al Aan TV. During this time, Omar also used to, and currently Heads Commercial. Also during this time he used to Head the Digital Technical team which during that time revamped the company’s digital / app presence. He also lead the project of the development of Al Aan’s Citizen Reporting app, Khabbir. Prior to his time at Al Aan, Omar spent over a decade at MBC Group/Al Arabiya News Channel mainly in a Marketing and Commercial capacity and also worked for OSN in Marketing and Telco Partnerships during the transition and revamp of Go Online TV to WAVO (Now OSN+).
